2 — Website Provision / Server Log Files
When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically collects the following data in server log files:
- IP address of the accessing device
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
- Date and time of access
- Pages visited
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the security and stability of the website).
Retention period: 7 days, then automatically deleted.
Personal identification based on this data is not possible.
3 — Contact via Contact Form
Provider: EmailJS Pte. Ltd., Singapore
Data collected: Name, email address, phone number (optional), message content
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject).
Data submitted via the contact form is processed through EmailJS servers. EmailJS uses sub-processors in the USA (Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare). The transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified sub-processors.
Retention period: 6 months after completion of the inquiry. If a project is initiated, data is retained for 7 years in accordance with §132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO).
4 — Contact via WhatsApp
Provider: WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland (Meta Platforms)
The use of WhatsApp for contacting us is voluntary and only occurs upon active click by the user.
