Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Radical Innovators GmbH (“we”) processes your personal data.

1 Purposes of data processing

We will process the categories of your personal data listed below for the following purposes:

  1. Sending and editing contact forms
  2. Execution of the orders you have requested
  3. Management of product reviews
  4. Analysis of our website accesses

On the one hand, we collect your personal data automatically when you visit this website or from you yourself by disclosing and entering it in our systems.

There is no obligation to provide us with the personal data we ask you for. However, orders and contact requests, for example, cannot be processed if you do not provide your personal data. If the provision of your data is legally required in some cases, we will inform you of this separately.

2 Processed data categories and legal basis for processing

The processing of your personal data is based on the following legal bases of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”):

2.1 Consent

We process the following categories of your personal data exclusively with your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR:

  • In the course of website analysis, your IP address, date and duration of your website visit, data about the browser you use, type of client (e.g. PC, cell phone, etc.) … are processed, provided you have given your consent.
  • We only process your e-mail address to send you our newsletter.
  • So that potential buyers/consumers can get an idea of the quality of our products, you have the opportunity to rate the products and orders. Based on your consent, your reviews will be published on our website.

Your consent can be revoked at any time. However, processing up to the revocation remains unaffected by this revocation. See also pt. 5.

2.2 Legitimate interests

We process the following categories of your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), which consists in achieving the purposes mentioned above under point 1:

  • Necessary cookies (…), which are required for the operation of the website, so that our website remembers the products already placed in the shopping cart, for example in the course of an order, and not every product has to be ordered individually.
  • Log files are stored on our servers in order to ward off attacks on our website and to be able to detect attempted attacks. In addition to the visitor’s IP address, this also includes the date, time, length of visit and pages visited.

2.3 Legal obligation

We process the following categories of your personal data on the basis of the necessity to fulfill legal obligations to which we are subject (Art 6 para 1 lit c GDPR):

  • In the course of an order, your contact data, order data and payment data will be stored after your order for the duration of the statutory retention obligation.

2.4 Contract fulfillment

We process the following categories of your personal data on the basis of a contractual necessity. In addition to existing contractual relationships, this also includes the initiation of business relationships and inquiries that you submit via our website (pre-contractual measures) in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

  • When you contact us via our website, your contact details will be stored in addition to your inquiry.
  • When ordering via our online store, your order data will be processed to fulfill the contract so that we can deliver the ordered products to you.

3 Transmission of your personal data

If this is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes, we will transfer your personal data to the following categories of recipients:

  • IT service providers used by us
  • Delivery and parcel service providers
  • Payment service provider

Some of the recipients mentioned above are located outside your country or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not be the same as in your country. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection.

4 Storage period

Your personal data will only be stored by us for as long as is necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.

5 Your rights in connection with personal data

Under applicable law, you are entitled to do so, provided that the relevant requirements of the applicable law are met,

  • to request confirmation as to whether and which of your personal data we process and to receive copies of this data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • to request the rectification or erasure of your personal data (Art. 16, 17 GDPR),
  • to demand that we restrict the processing of your personal data (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • to object to the processing of your personal data (Art. 21 GDPR),
  • to withdraw any consent previously given for processing (the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal),
  • to request data portability (Art. 20 GDPR, and
  • to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority (Art 77 GDPR).
