Pointgasse Krems is a new-build residential project in Krems an der Donau featuring 10 premium rental apartments between 48 and 59 square meters. For Trinity Living OG, we took over complete marketing — from the initial brand concept to the last rented apartment. The project demonstrates how consistent marketing successfully positions a real estate project from day one.

Brand development included logo design, a consistent visual identity, and high-quality print materials — from construction signage to exposés and flyers. Before construction was complete, 3D visualizations of all apartments were created, allowing prospective tenants to experience the spaces virtually — a decisive advantage during the pre-rental phase. The website was conceived as the central marketing channel: with floor plans, amenity details, location maps, and direct contact options. In parallel, we ran social media campaigns and online advertising (ads) specifically targeting potential tenants in the Krems region and the Vienna catchment area.

The result speaks for itself: near-full occupancy. Each of the 10 apartments found a tenant — proof that the combination of a strong brand, professional website, and targeted performance marketing works in real estate as well. For Trinity Living, the project was proof that digital marketing in residential construction doesn't just complement traditional broker models — in many cases, it outperforms them.
