The Opatija Hotel Management Group (OHM Group) operates a collection of historic hotels and dining establishments on Croatia's Kvarner Bay — in Opatija and on the island of Mali Losinj. The portfolio includes the 4-star Hotel Astoria, the 4-star Hotel Bristol, and Hotel Opatija, complemented by the restaurants OPazija and Apoxx, and the patisserie XALVA. Several of these properties date from the Austro-Hungarian era, combining historic ambiance with modern comfort.
For the entire group, we took over complete digital management: each of the six properties received its own website that conveys the individual character of the respective establishment — from the elegant heritage hotel to the modern restaurant concept. Additionally, we implemented a unified newsletter system enabling both property-specific and group-wide communication.
The project encompasses far more than pure web development: print materials, social media management, and custom programming for hospitality-specific requirements are all included. Beyond the public-facing websites, custom tools were built for hotel operations — a booking system integration, a recruiting tool for seasonal staff hiring, and digital maintenance request forms for internal service workflows. The challenge lay in balancing the unified brand identity of the group with the individual positioning of each property — a task requiring deep understanding of hospitality marketing.

Hospitality
